What makes home theater cabinetry challenging to design and build properly? This is one area of cabinetmaking where function plays the key role. Yet at the same time home theater cabinetry is typically located in a central part of the home, so it is important that the cabinets be beautiful to look at as most owners and their guests will be spending hours upon hours sitting in front of this furniture. The cabinetry should be appreciated for its design and detail without being a distraction during the viewing of a movie.

Our experience has taught us how to best accommodate the equipment: satisfying the demands for ventilation, proper viewing angles, wiring, media storage and maintaining the native sonic characteristics of high end speakers while listening to the client’s wishes for the appearance of the piece.
